I'll be honest this week saw the focus shift from work to wedding. Thankfully due to the team I now have I don't need to feel guilty about it.🤜🤛

𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐞... ⁣
⁣
1. First week of our new programme completed. I love starting a new programme, introducing new exercises etc. Good times. 💪

2. I was at AN’s online Massive Action Day on Tuesday. When I'm back at the end of July I will start to plug in new aspects to JMcC. 👊

3. I have been planning out a number of events and transformations that I can't wait to showcase over the next 6 months. 😁📸

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥… ⁣

1. A lot of time has been taken up getting everything ready for the wedding. I'll not bore you with the details. 🤣
2. Lauren and I went out with a few friends for a meal. Seems like a lifetime since we have done this. (Hopefully get to do it more often after the wedding) 🤣😁

Not long now! 😃 Buzzing for the big day! 👰

𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐞... ⁣

1. The recent new starts have been smashing it. One client has lost 20lbs in her first 5 weeks.💥

2. We have been getting the wheels in motion for a number of clients to do a photoshoot. 📸

3. We have lots of new equipment in the gym, some of which will be used from tomorrow. 💪

4. My clients have made great progress as we finish our current programme. The new programme starts tomorrow. 👊

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥… ⁣

1. This week has been very quiet on a personal level. These next 2 weeks are going to be mental so I've decided to rest up and take it very easy this weekend. 👌

Understand you can't go 100mph all the time. Have the self-awareness to slow down from time to time. 😁

1. As always it's great to welcome more people into the JMcC programme. Can't wait to see them grow in the gym!

2. Even more equipment has been ordered for the gym. Slam balls, new prowler etc. 👹

3. We have picked out a bench for the new gym which will serve as a breakfast bar. 👌🥄

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥… ⁣

1. Yesterday was my stag do. We had a couple of drinks 😉 in Belfast plus had the chance to go axe throwing. 🪓

Big thank you to all the lads, it was great craic and it’s definitely starting to sink in that it's not long to the wedding day. 👀
