🏆Mandy has lost over 43lbs since starting with us which is insane as she hasn't been with us that long.⁣
⁣
🏆 Ryan had been away on holiday, came back this week, got a couple of gym sessions in and is down 3.5lb. Insane result for being on a city break.⁣
⁣
🏆Rachael, who was also on a city break at the start of the week, is also down 2lb which again is madness.⁣
⁣
🏆Frank has been smashing it every week but this one has been next level. From only working on toe to bar to absolutely smashing them out at a high standard is phenomenal.⁣
⁣
🏆Paul got a cheeky pair of Hoka's this week and has been straight out getting the miles into them. Also making great progress on his muscle ups! 🔥⁣
⁣
🏆Kevin has been destroying our new programme and results have showed this week with 2.8lb off. Also this legend is targeting the 6st fat loss goal which is class. 🙌⁣
⁣
🏆Lesley is now at her lightest she has been in 30 years which is perfect as she is 7 weeks out from a photoshoot. 📸⁣
⁣
🏆Amanda had an unreal week and has dropped down 2.5lb which is very much deserved. Also her clean & press has been unreal.⁣
⁣
🏆Sammy is peaking going into the last week of prep before his photoshoot. He has been first class since day one and the results will show this. I'm buzzing for you all to see this transformation. 🔥⁣
⁣
🏆Stacy has dropped 3lb this week. Again fully deserved as she always brings banter to the gym and lifts others up around her (banter questionable).⁣

I love this time of year!

Why?

If you are wanting to get in great shape for holidays, now is the best time to start. ⏱️

It's 15 weeks until I head on holiday, so already I'm putting plans in place to ensure I'm ready for the speedos. 😁😉

But not only is the holiday countdown on…

It’s starting to get lighter in the mornings. 🌅

The evenings are starting to stretch. 👍

Everyone seems in better form! 😁

I love the excitement of people going away on holidays. When you have that goal in place then that's when the magic happens.

Not long now until we're chatting in the gym about, "What's your favourite cocktail?" 🍸

P.S. Don't leave it too late, every year someone contacts us about getting in shape for holidays 3 weeks out from the holiday. It's far too late by that stage, don't be that person. 👌

Most people assume group training is one size fits all. ⁣

Everyone does everything the exact same. It's glorified circuit classes! 👀 ⁣

Well it might be at some places, but at JMcC we see it as private coaching. ⁣
⁣
Every client has different: ⁣

🏋‍♂️ Levels of fitness ⁣
📖 Past history of training ⁣
🥞 Nutrition needs⁣
⏳️ Time limits⁣
👷‍♀️ Work patterns⁣

I could go on. But basically what I'm saying is, if we treat every single person the same without considering any of the above, then we are doing them a disservice plus they won't get results! ⁣

So how do we cater for everyone's needs? ⁣
⁣
With our group training I've combined how I used to do 1 to 1 sessions with the positives of group training to ensure I can get the client the best result possible. ⁣
⁣
So here's how: ⁣
⁣
🤝 We train in a group capacity but my conversations with my clients are on a 1 to 1 basis. We have our own private chats plus we have check-ins every Friday so I know how each client is getting on. ⁣
⁣
👋 My coaching team checks in with our clients 3x per week, plus they are usually on the gym floor with us 3-4 times per week also. This makes our programme very submersible. ⁣
⁣
📝 All potential clients fill in application forms. This is the most important bit. This might seem like we are being ‘picky’, but it's more for the client. If I know their back story I can ensure I have a plan laid out for the next number of months before they have even set foot in the gym. ⁣
⁣
I usually find out why they couldn't get a result before and I know what to set in place so I can ensure this issue doesn't occur again. ⁣
⁣
I think I have went on enough for now - I'll maybe do a part 2 on this post because I've just scratched the surface. ⁣
⁣
I hope though that if you are thinking of group sessions but you aren't sure you will get the support and accountability, you now know that won't be the case at JMcC. ⁣

Before joining JMcC Elaine tried a number of things…⁣
